SIX DUTIES OF A LEADER

DUTY #1
Listen Like it's Your First Date
Meaning listen to every detail like you want something from someone. Ask ten consecutive questions before thinking about yourself.

DUTY #2
Actually Give a Crap
Get to know people and follow up on them.

DUTY #3
Be Like a Drive Through
Meaning always be open! It's a privilege that other's consider you for their request, so please be open to them

DUTY #4
Don't Sink Your Own Ship
Stay away from gossip. If someone is gossiping about someone to you, combat that gossip by stating positive things about that person.

DUTY #5
Always Be Last
Leader's think of them self last. It's not always important to be first.

DUTY #6
Clean Your Own Mirror
Every night ask yourself, "How did I lead today?"
